Figma goes public! IPO of the design software company raised $1.22 billion from Wall Street as shares gets listed on NYSE after a successful public issue round. Shares of the firm are listed on the indices at a price of $33 apiece.

Coal India Q1 Results: Maharatna PSU witnessed a 20% fall in its net profit for the April-June quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The State-owned firm also announced a ₹5.50 per share interim dividend along with its Q1 results.

Aditya Infotech IPO received overwhelming demand, being subscribed 100.69 times, with QIBs leading at 133.21 times. Priced at ₹640-675 per share, it aims to raise ₹1,300 crore. The listing is set for August 5, 2025, with a potential premium of 42.96%.

Umiya Mobile IPO allotment: Following the closure of Umiya Mobile's IPO, investor focus has shifted to its allotment status. Umiya Mobile IPO was open for subscription from July 28 to July 30, garnering a tepid response. Its allotment date is fixed as today, July 31.
