Speaking during the company’s Q2 FY27 earnings call, Bhikash Prasad, Group CFO, UPL said that the company had spent the last two years transitioning a significant amount of work to its GBS network. During this period, headcount at these centres increased nearly threefold, as jobs were moved from higher-paid jurisdictions to Pune and Mauritius.
