Seven people, including top executives from manpower companies, have been arrested in Chhattisgarh. The arrests are linked to alleged irregularities in overtime payments at CSMCL during the previous Congress government. Investigations reveal nearly Rs 115 crore was disbursed under the guise of overtime. Funds were allegedly siphoned off through fake bills and illegal commissions.
