Gaja Alternative Asset Management completed its INR 550 crore initial public offering. The company’s IPO was advised by S&R Associates and Trilegal. This offering marked India’s first listing by a pure-play alternative asset management firm. The IPO was oversubscribed more than 32.80 times overall. Proceeds will fund sponsor commitments and repay financing.
