SpiceJet has resolved its dispute with Willis Lease Finance Corporation, leading to the withdrawal of an insolvency case. This settlement follows recent financial restructuring, including an Rs 3,000 crore infusion through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) and an additional Rs 294.09 crore from promoter Ajay Singh.
