In an exciting move for the logistics sector, hyperlocal startup Shadowfax is gearing up to confidentially submit its draft prospectus for an IPO with SEBI, targeting a capital raise of ₹2,000-2,500 crore. Around 50% of this funding will stem from a new share issue dedicated to enhancing its rapid delivery capabilities.
