Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd. (SEIL) announced that CFO Suparna Banerjee Bhattacharyya will resign on September 15, 2025, to pursue opportunities outside the company. Omkar Prasad, currently Chief Accounting Officer for Greater India at Schneider Electric, will succeed her as CFO from September 16. Prasad’s appointment aims to ensure continuity in financial management and support the company’s growth.
