Reliance Infrastructure is set to sell its Pune Satara Toll Road project. Cube Highways, a Singapore based firm, will acquire the toll road. The deal is valued at Rs 2,000 crore. Reliance Infrastructure will receive Rs 600 crore in equity. The sale will also reduce the company’s debt by Rs 1,400 crore.
