Jagnoor Singh joined Practo as COO in January 2025, after senior operating roles at Bharti Airtel, Unacademy and OYO. Practo has also expanded the responsibilities of its leadership team, with co-founder Siddhartha Nihalani appointed COO-B2C and Rowel Coelho, previously head of monetisation, appointed COO-B2B. Co-founder Abhinav Lal has been named chief scientist and will lead the company’s AI research and partnerships.
