Pidilite Industries shares rose on Friday after the company appointed Amit Agarwal as CFO-designate and Senior Management Personnel, effective October 9, 2026. Agarwal brings over 22 years of finance experience and has previously worked with Pfizer, Hindustan Unilever and Vedanta Resources. He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary.
