The Public Enterprise Selection Board has recommended Sanjay Banga for the TCIL Chairman role. Banga currently serves as Chairman and Managing Director of the Cement Corporation of India. He was selected after an interview process involving other candidates for the position. TCIL, a telecom and engineering firm, aims for revenue growth under his leadership. Syed Tausif Abbas held the additional charge temporarily before this appointment.
