Over 60% of employees report "unhappy leave" enhances productivity, survey finds
A recent survey conducted by Side Hustles on 500 employees and 500 managers reveals that 3 in 5 employees have taken unhappy leave within the past year, with millennials leading the charge at 60% and over 60% of employees reporting improved productivity after taking time off. Around 75% of managers have also favoured “unhappy leave” for their teams, citing its importance for employee retention and engagement.
