National Stock Exchange of India is likely to price its long-awaited IPO at Rs 1,700-1,785 a share, below its earlier range of Rs 2,000-2,100. The exchange may also reduce the stake on offer to 5.5%, valuing NSE at up to 4.42 trillion rupees.
