NCLT has overturned its previous order for insolvency proceedings against Logix Infrastructure, citing fraudulent intent and collusion by the financial creditor, Experts Realty Professionals. An investigation by the SFIO has been ordered. The tribunal also imposed fines and directed the restoration of management to Logix’s former directors, following evidence of manipulated transactions and questionable documentation.
