NaBFID has approved funding exceeding Rs 3,000 crore each to four data centers, addressing the burgeoning artificial intelligence infrastructure demands in India. This investment is expected to enhance the need for long-term project financing, as companies ramp up infrastructure spending for AI and cloud services. By March 2031, India’s data centers will require around Rs 1 trillion in total funding.
