Managed workspace provider Tablespace Technologies has filed draft papers for an Initial Public Offering. The company plans to raise Rs 800 crore through a fresh issue of shares. An offer for sale will also see existing shareholders offloading equity. Proceeds will fund acquisitions and repay borrowings, supporting growth initiatives. Table Space offers integrated workspace solutions to multinational corporations and GCCs.
