Real estate major M3M is eyeing Rs 28,000 crore in sales by the end of FY27, up from Rs 19,000 to Rs 20,000 crore clocked annually over the last three years, said Yateesh Waahal, Director Finance and Legal at M3M India in an exclusive interview with ETCFO. Wahaal said that the group is backing the growth on a pipeline of 10,000 apartment deliveries this year alone, and an expanding branded residences play on Dwarka Expressway that the group is calling its Billionaires’ Block.
