Kausik started his career with Principal PNB Asset Management Company and thereafter moved to Mirae Asset Mutual Fund as Vice President & Zonal Head and had set up and established the sales and distribution business of Mirae Asset in Eastern India and in Andhra Pradesh.
Kausik started In IDeas Consulting in 2014 with the aim of providing unbiased investment advisory services to benefit individuals and organisations alike. Kausik is an MBA in Finance and has additional professional certifications in Business Finance, Equity & Currency derivatives, mutual funds, insurance and Fixed income.
