The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Hindustan Unilever’s acquisition of Uprising Science, the parent company of beauty brand Minimalist. The regulator also cleared Peabody Energy’s purchase of Anglo American’s steel-making coal assets in Australia and Bain Capital’s investment in Dhoot Transmission Pvt Ltd.
