Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages has appointed Pooja Bedi as its new General Counsel and Company Secretary. Bedi brings over twenty-five years of extensive legal and business leadership experience. She previously held senior roles at Mondelēz India and other major companies. Her expertise spans corporate governance and regulatory strategy across various sectors. Bedi will now lead HCCB’s legal, compliance, and secretarial functions.
