Greenpanel Industries Limited has named Himanshu Jindal as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective June 2, 2025. Jindal brings over 23 years of experience from companies like Orient Bell and Heidelberg Cement. Outgoing CFO Vishwanathan Venkatramani will transition to President – Finance, supporting Greenpanel’s long-term financial strategy.
