Gameskraft Technologies has accused its former Group CFO, Ramesh Prabhu, of diverting company funds into unauthorized futures and options trading, leading to substantial losses. Prabhu allegedly confessed to misusing funds and channeling them through a personal account, disguising the transactions as legitimate investments. A forensic audit revealed unauthorized trades exceeding ₹231 crore, forcing Gameskraft to write off ₹270 crore.
