AstraZeneca Pharma India has received an order from the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal related to assessment years 2017-18 and 2018-19. Complete relief has been provided on the corporate tax grounds. The Tribunal has referred the transfer pricing issue back to the Assessing Officer for review and further action. The Company will follow the directions given by the Tribunal.
