Arcil has secured Rs 220 crore from anchor investors before its public offering. The company’s initial share sale opens for subscription on Wednesday, September 9. This Rs 733 crore initial public offering is entirely an offer for sale. Promoters and existing shareholders will sell their equity shares in the company. Arcil expects to list on the BSE and NSE on September 17.
