Suzlon Energy’s CFO Himanshu Mody will step down on 31st August 2025 after leading the company’s turnaround since 2021. He spearheaded debt restructuring, fund-raising of Rs. 3,000 crore, and restored Suzlon to a zero-debt, positive net worth position. A 24-year finance veteran, Mody was named *Turnaround CFO of the Year 2024*; the company has yet to name his successor.
