The Supreme Court has not halted Adani Group’s bid for Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. The NCLAT’s decision stands. However, JAL’s monitoring committee cannot make major policy decisions without NCLAT approval. Vedanta and Adani Enterprises will present their arguments before the NCLAT on April 10. The NCLAT will expedite the final hearing on this acquisition dispute.
