Nephrocare Health Services Limited (NephroPlus) has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO estimated around Rs 2000 crore. The IPO includes a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 353.4 crore and an offer for sale of over 1.27 crore shares.
