Infosys Foundation has launched the Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program, committing over Rs 200 crore in its first phase. The initiative aims to empower half a million Indian job seekers by 2030 with meaningful employment. Through the Infosys Springboard platform, the program will offer skilling in both STEM and non-STEM fields, focusing on industry-relevant curricula and essential workplace competencies.
