Infosys has filed a writ petition in the Karnataka High Court challenging a Rs 415 crore show cause notice from the DGGI concerning alleged ineligible input tax credit refunds. The notice claims services provided by overseas branches were not exports, making the claimed refunds erroneous. Infosys maintains there are no pending GST demands against it for such refunds.
