The government has appointed Anju Rathi Rana, the law secretary, as an ex-officio member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). This appointment, made under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, allows the Ministry of Law & Justice representation on the Board.
