IndiGo’s parent company, InterGlobe Aviation Ltd, has approached the Delhi High Court seeking a refund of Rs 900 crore in customs duty. The duty was paid on aircraft engines and parts re-imported after undergoing repair or service abroad. The court has requested a response from revenue authorities and scheduled the next hearing for April 8.
