Bombay HC orders BSE, SEBI, and NSE to pay ₹80 lakh for illegal freezing of demat accounts

The Bombay High Court has imposed ₹80 lakh in costs on the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI), BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) for the illegally freezing demat accounts belonging to Dr. Pradeep Mehta and his son, Neil Pradeep Mehta.
