Andhra Pradesh plans to borrow an additional ₹10,000 crore through state government securities by December. This comes after raising ₹1,900 crore in October and ₹7,000 crore last month. The state’s borrowings have already reached nearly 70% of its budget estimate, with the revenue deficit widening significantly.
