Realty firm M3M India announced a Rs 2,100 crore investment to develop Jacob & Co-branded ultra-luxury homes in Noida. This marks the first housing project in India under the globally renowned luxury brand. The 6-acre development is expected to generate Rs 3,500 crore in revenue, with residences priced between Rs 14-25 crore.
