The company has filed its DRHP with SEBI to raise Rs. 2,600 crore, with exits planned by Peak XV, PayPal, and Mastercard. Amid tech innovation and expansion, its fintech arm, Setu, has recently strengthened leadership to scale API-driven financial services.
