Byju’s Alpha has filed a lawsuit in the US against Byju Raveendran, Divya Gokulnath, and Anita Kishore, alleging a fraudulent scheme to divert $533 million in loan proceeds. Raveendran denies the allegations, claiming they are part of a conspiracy by Glas to control Byju’s. He further alleges violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act involving individuals associated with the lenders.
