Waaree Energies is set to launch its IPO on October 21, featuring a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 3,600 crore and an Offer For Sale of 48 lakh shares. The company plans to use the funds to establish a 6GW manufacturing facility in Odisha. The IPO will close on October 23, with anchor investor bidding starting October 18.
