MetLife International will raise its stake in PNB MetLife by 0.5% to 50.23% through a purchase from Jammu & Kashmir Bank, with CCI clearing it under the green channel. CCI is also examining Bain Capital’s investment in Millennia Realtors and the RMZ group.
