Zee Entertainment seeks SEBI clarification on its proposed fundraise from promoters. The company also challenged the regulator’s market access ban order at SAT. Hearings for the ICC TV rights dispute arbitration with JioStar have concluded. Both parties are now filing post-hearing briefs for the arbitration. An outcome for the arbitration is anticipated possibly in the third quarter.
