Embassy Developments Ltd posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 234.40 crore for the June quarter. Total income significantly decreased to Rs 241.28 crore from Rs 694.05 crore in the prior year. The company’s board approved a preferential allotment of convertible warrants valued at Rs 363 crore. This allotment is to Embassy Group at a price of Rs 111.51 per share.
