Veritas Finance has refiled its initial public offering papers with Sebi. The company seeks to raise Rs 900 crore through a fresh equity share issue. Existing shareholders will also offer up to 1.28 crore shares for sale. Veritas Finance provides business loans to MSMEs and self-employed individuals. Its assets under management reached Rs 9,134 crore as of March 2026.
