Akasa Air has outlined a series of sustainability initiatives on World Environment Day, including water conservation, sustainable aviation fuel partnerships, electric vehicle adoption, fuel-efficiency programmes, waste management measures, and the use of fuel-efficient aircraft. The airline said these efforts have helped save more than 530,000 litres of water while supporting its broader environmental goals as it expands operations across India and international markets.
