India’s competition regulator has approved Warburg Pincus’ acquisition of a stake in Fleur Hotels, a Lemon Tree Hotels subsidiary. The approval also covers Lemon Tree’s internal restructuring. This move will create two focused platforms for hotel management and ownership. Fleur Hotels will become a major hospitality asset owner in India.
