The Insolvency Appellate Tribunal has not granted an interim stay on Vedanta’s challenge to the NCLT’s approval of Adani Group’s bid for Jaiprakash Associates. The tribunal has sought a response from the Committee of Creditors within a week. The matter will be heard again on April 10. Vedanta had challenged the NCLT order approving Adani’s Rs 14,535 crore bid.
