The company was acquired as Samruddhi Stock Brokers Limited and was renamed Samco Securities. Samco Ventures Pvt. 1) Samco Securities Limited – It is a discount broking and depository service that offers discount broking trading accounts for BSE, NSE, and MCX-SX trading, being a member of the exchanges.

2) SAMCO Commodities Limited – It is a Commodities Discount Broking. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAMCO securities Limited offering discount broking trading accounts.

3) SAMCO Holdings and Finance Pvt. Limited – It is a non-financial service. It is the NBFC arm of the group and funds businesses by offering loans against shares, among other financing products.
