Markets regulator Sebi has imposed penalties totaling Rs 34 crore on Brightcom Group Ltd, its promoters, and others for misrepresenting financial statements. Promoters Suresh Kumar Reddy and Vijay Kancharla face Rs 15 crore fines each and a five-year market ban. Several others face fines and bans for their roles.
